Acting for Network Rail Commercial Estate we have acted on their behalf in the rent reviews of public houses, restaurants and wine bars throughout London in locations such as Fenchurch Street, Southwark, Blackfriars, London Bridge and Waterloo.
We were instructed by Network Rail, the Landlord, between 2009-2019 to act on its behalf in relation to the rent reviews of Nando's, Blackfriars Wine Bar, Jack’s Bar, Thai Silk Restaurant and EV bar (TAS) in Southwark amongst others.
In all rent reviews we attained increases on the passing rent by way of agreement and through the third party arbitration process.
These good results, even back in 2009's difficult economic climate gave our client a good evidence base to work from for Network Rail’s future SE1 rent reviews and lease renewals.
